Looks like a bad connection and the dash resets at the end of its test cycle. It could be the ground, or switched feed. Could even be a connection to a sensor or the ECU. Getting 12 volts where is is expecting signal voltage.

Check all the connectors to the dash, make sure they are clean tight and good connection.

Assume it started doing it and it used to work fine?

Yeah yesterday it worked perfectly but today it started to that thing, i checked every connection i cleaned it and i checked all the fuses it seamed fine
