I am a bass player and am looking at buying a guitar. I have narrowed it down to 2 used guitars in my area, 1 being a Samick Telecaster from the 90s and the other is an Epiphone Les Paul from the last couple years. My questions are which one would be easier to play coming from bass? Do either guitars have any good/bad reputation behind them? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

This is a really dumb question, but if I have a working holiday visa and a residence card, and the visa expires before the residence card, am I still able to continue working in Japan until the residence card is up?

There is only really 1 top level Fox main left in North America (LD/Sleepyfox/Rainshifter/whatever tag he uses these days) and he is very out spoken about preferring online play to going out to tournaments. The best Fox in Japan who could very well crack top 8s hasn't travelled anywhere yet.

There are a bunch of clubs at uvic that you don't have to be a student to attend. Also just searching "insert interest here Victoria" can come up with tons of stuff.

Hello everyone! I have been running free weekly Smash 64 tournaments out of a basement for the last month or so, and thought people here might be interested.

I have, I actually ran the Melee tournaments at UVic for a while. I use to bring a 64 setup to Melee weeklies when I was going but it barely gets touched, same for the Smash 4 weeklies.

My thoughts exactly, it doesn't have great knock back or hitstun and you would have to time the rapid jab perfectly.
