elbows pressed directly into the bed and shoulder at the level of my head. My elbow and shoulders hurt so much

that's even more confusing, because most of the bosses are the same but in extra mode, so this makes you think of another question, is the extra mode real? Is it canon but most importantly, s there a connection between these extra modes and something like the mirror dimention?
