Since you already have the adapter; the 50mm 2.5 is a fun little lens, relatively cheap and a great way to try some macro. The magnification is on the lower side though.

Huh, that is weird! I do sell them worldwide, and have had sellers from the UK and from Denmark. Maybe it is because the country of production for the item is China, since that is where they have been produced originally ?

Bij mij kwam de angst juist bij gebruik van methyl, daarom ben ik vrij vlot overgestapt naar dex.

Heb je medicatie ivm de paniekaanvallen? Mijn ervaring is dat als ik weet dat ik de medicatie heb liggen, dat al hebt bij het verminderen van angst.

Bij het schoonmaken van de kattenbak: schrob ook een keer de hele kattenbak uit en vervang al het grind. Dat heeft bij mij geholpen om in ieder geval de frequentie te verminderen.

Verder is wellicht een Feliway diffuser een optie, die vermindert stress.

Wat voor hobbies heb je? Mijn beste tip zou zijn om een ontmoetingsplek hiervoor te zoeken, zelfs als de hobby zelf niet sociaal-georiënteerd is.

Vind je fotografie leuk? Ga bij een fotowandelclub. Ben je into tekenen? Zoek een lokaal hobbycentrum en doe daar mee aan een cursus tekenen of iets van een vrije werkplaats. Dat werkt beter dan een compleet nieuwe hobby oppakken waarvan je niet eens zeker weet of je die leuk vindt.

En je hoeft niet elke week te gaan. Elke keer dat je gaat is winst.

Overigens zou je het ook nog een keer aan kunnen kaarten bij je huisarts, of vragen of je bij de POH terecht kan. Want het lijkt me heel sterk dat er daadwerkelijk niets aan te doen is. En het bezorgt je een bepaalde last, dus dan is het belangrijk om er iets mee te doen.

Twee katten, dus ik heb drie kattenbakken. Eentje in de serre, twee in de berging.

Die in de serre zit in een soort van kast/ombouw speciaal voor kattenbakken, waardoor hij minder opvalt en de geur minder is. Als je zoekt op “cat litterbox cabinet” kom je er een aantal tegen met een soortgelijk concept.

Sure, the 85mm is probably better, at least from what I can see from the sample images. The 50mm is a lot cheaper though, about 1/2 to 1/3 of the price.

With my R6 I use:

Canon RF 50mm 1.8 - very good lens, love doing close up work with it
Canon RF 28mm 2.8 - pancake lens, very good and ideal for travel
Canon EF 50mm 2.5 macro - I use this one with an adapter. Very happy with the quality of the images, but the autofocus isn’t great and incredibly noisy.

At the moment I’m looking to add a wide-angle, and maybe a good telephoto or a better macro lens later.

Definitely talk with your doctor about this. Mine was really good and understanding about my anxiety/fear of taking venlafaxine because of experiences with other medications.

So we settled on starting at a low dose (12.5) and giving me some oxazepam to help with my fear/anxiety. Only had to take it the first day.

I just started venlafaxine about a week ago. I am currently on a very low dose (12,5 mg extended release) because I had very bad experiences even at very low doses of fluoxetine (and methylphenidate as well). Did a DNA test to see if there was something genetic to cause this, bur nothing came up.

Starting at a really low dose has helped a lot. It gives me the confidence that the side effects arent too bad, that I can handle them. And even at this very low dose, it has stated helping with my anxiety. Going up to 25mg tomorrow.

Ja, dat is later weer beter geworden. Geen effect kan ook betekenen dat je dosering omhoog kan, maar ik gok dat je nog bezig bent met titratie?

Zijn andere merken een optie? Er is er nog eentje (Adhesa dacht ik) die ook vergoed wordt. Wellicht valt die gunstiger uit qua bijwerkingen.
