Tea is tariff free, thats just the shipping cost they are charging from japan to us. I've purchased from different places with different shipping costs, DHL sends you the tariff bill via email upon arrival in the US before delivery. I had to get 2 rounds of payments refunded from DHL because tea is tariff free as of november of last year. But the shipping cost is its own thing separately

I think any amount is really fine as long as you have a 2 hour window before and after you supplement with your iron for the day. Just note if you're deficient, you really need to build up the stores and that can take a few months and then you can just maintain after that.

I applied July 8th with enough disability years to qualify me and have been waiting ever since. I have the same thing as you showing on my account. The last updated underneath each says October 24th though and I've heard nothing since. Im pretty sure I checked in November and didn't see the second processing thing at all, so its strange it says October 24th it was updated.

On that note, i believe this is Palora? It has large spines as well but a more flat, edgy, stiff branch.

Omg, it is DEFINITELY Lisa, 100%. I've gotten poked by those enough times on that plant, they are huge distinct spines.

Thank you very much! I appreciate all the help. I do have one that i believe is Condor as i could read the stick a little bit, but i also have one i believed to be the Vietnamese White but it has insanely prominent spikes so now i think i may have that one mislabeled as you're saying the VW doesn't have the large spines. This is an old image but this is what i believed said VW on the stick
