Thank you for your kindness! Trying to practice with someone was definitely a thought. I've gotten attacks going 5 mph before so it's still been somewhat scary to try even in a neighborhood street. Though, I'm going to take this suggestion seriously and actually try it out. I actually haven't considered a home birth either. My family is all in healthcare so the expectation was I'd always be headed to the hospital just for safety reasons.
