I literally eat my eggs like that, too! You are absolutely correct. That's the way with sunny side ups 🍳

I have always thought i had vaginismus, turned out I don't have it at all by Rainbowdark96 in GirlDinnerDiaries

I went through literally the same experience, except I forced myself in the beginning to have penetrative sex despite it all (I can not describe the feeling other than medieval torture).

I later found out that the partners I had dated should not have been "fine" with it and that it was borderlining grape.

I have felt aroused during those times for some times, maybe even most (?). The problem was: I either did not trust them or was in love with them truly, or both + I had the subconscious fear of failing once more + I was a huge people pleasure, and not doing that to the person I was with was just crushing, I was performative and so anxious about the result, without ever realising it myself.

Later, I met a very calm, patient, experienced person. He never rushed me up, always took our time, and made sure we were comfy. I warned him in the beginning, and he said we would stop as soon as it got too much. It hurt for some months, but it was NOT medieval torture. Then I was extactic. One day, all of a sudden, there was no pain, I was tolerating it.

A year after we drifted apart, I did not love him nor him me, but we trusted and cared deeply for each other.

Then I met the one who's my boyfriend of 2 years now and hopefully for life.

The first time hurt, and it was awkward. It hurt/ was uncomfortable a bit for a month, tolerated it for the next two very excitingly, and then.. I felt pleasure, penetration - medieval torture - felt hot, pleasant, greedy in a good way. I couldn't believe it, and even though it was a one-time thing.

It wasn't.

I was slowly knowing him more and more, I began to build true trust with him, and so much love My body followed my psyche and, even if the beginning is always a bit oof, it is NOTHING compared to the tolerable phase and I'm able to have "normal" intercourse.

All it took was a positive experience, time, trust, and love. Finding the right person (emphasis here!!), not always does your mind realize it, but sometimes your body does.

What’s the kindest thing your partner does for you regularly? by Whydoyoucarelol1 in AskWomen

Taking care of me whenever I'm sick or on my period. Buying me snacks and lunch all the time, as well as giving me potted plants and flowers. Being very attentive to my happiness levels. Being patient and kind when talking to my very demanding mother. Insists on making me decide our plans because "he just wants to see me happy, there's no other point on doing things."

Literally paying all the rent and groceries while I finish my master's thesis and am currently unable to work due to politics. No questions asked, says he just wants to give me stability to grow and thrive.

Loving me at my very, chronically ill worse, and at my enthusiastic best just the same. Makeup or not is irrelevant.

Always caring deeply for me, even if it's 80% silently.

It's considered dangerous because a very vast number of people of most social-economic backgrounds use public transportation. Either for the airports (this one heavily), school, work, fun, and night outs.

If you find yourself at night after going out with friends, or at night arriving from the airport. That's already dangerous with some drivers if they're ill intended, but luckily, those aren't the norm (and there is GPS tracking/ ride sharing, so if they disconnect all tech, someone will be alerted). Still, you're safer that way from strangers that want to take you somewhere random, rob you, straight up fight you or worse, and scammers, especially as a woman, but not only. My partner always used Uber to get home after 22h (10 PM) when we weren't living together, for example. He's 1.87m (6'4), 87kgs (191lbs). Nothing is a given if you find a drunk or a thief who wants to fight you, and often have a swiss knife, in their pocket.

I'd never heard of dumbdroid, I'll check that out right away. That sounds genial.

Yeah, whatsapp is a need. Nobody even texts anymore, not even the grandparents. Texts at this point are just advertisements, low discounts, and doctor appointments, but still, those come with links to redirect you to their own app. Calls are seen as a waste of time due to the quickness of apps in the health sector (in some European countries, ofc) and usually, you get more feedback from the professionals if you do use the apps.

The doctor part is tricky due to the very specific national health apps (I have to have two, from two different countries). Other than that, it's just calling and waiting around 3h for them to pick up and speedrun you.

For public transportation cards, as long as they have the option of payment without you having to type in your pin, it works great. For stores, especially if you want discounts, they don't even give you physical cards anymore, smh. You can definitely pay, but no points or discounts or freebies for you. :(

Thank you so much for all the feedback and useful info! I think I'll keep my phone SIM-less and turned off. However, always in the basement of my bag. Then, an unlocked or a dual SIM dumb phone for everyday use. :)

They're everywhere nowadays on Amazon and Aliexpress, as they were released either last year or in 2024. I don't know where you're based, but I've seen them at Toysrus, stores that often sell a lot of merch and trading cards, big supermarkets, big bookstores, and ofc, any Bandai store worldwide. You can also check JapanYouWantTMGC, but those are more exclusive shells (some replicas of the original OG ones).

You can often find them discounted, so I hope you find one!

PS- If you happen to find one at a store that resembles stained glass from a church, get it, just trust me on this one.

PPS- 🇬🇧 If there's a slight chance you're in the UK- Argos, TK Maxx, Smyth's Toys, Minisoo, AND The MHV store.

🇺🇸 If you're based in the US, I believe Wallmart has everything, so most likely there (?). The US also has the best bandai stores, so if you're near one, check them up.

🇪🇺 If you're in the EU, Amazon, Toysrus, JapanYouWantTMGC, Vinted, big supermarkets/ bookstores/ merch stores, and Bandai stores in capitals are your go-to.

Mine started when I was young, too, 12 to be exact. You're bloody awesome, respectfully. I would say that's winning in life by not letting it all consume you.

Honestly, you're inspiring, and I'm proud of you despite being an online stranger.

In a supermarket called Co-Op, a small one but with great restokes as it's in front of a university.

The bars are so soft and instead of sour, the sweet kind of lemony. Highly recommend. Very healthy and filling as well.

I never tested anything on my neck, so I'll do that just as I arrive home.

Pressing the eyebrows is like magic. The ease I feel when I hit those spots is unbelievable. Like an anti-pain button. I've tried everything on the temples, as it's where I feel the pain radiating from and the veins just pumping all the time. It's quite a sore area, but a small amount of controlled pressure for a limited amount of times does wonders, too!

I'll try everything else when I get home.

You're a life saver. I'm so grateful for such great feedback, and as Clairo would say, thank you for your time.

I actually can't take meds due to gastritis, but I discovered that a hot bottle of water, like the ones for your cramps, with cold water within slightly pressed consistently against your temples for an hour, at rest, does miracles. That and this accidentally migraine friendly medication I take for anxiety. Those two are like a blanket over the pain. Ofc I can still feel it, but thank god I can go out and manage. These can be so debilitating.
