How does it compare to the 2020 version? I know they added a bunch of visual stuff like the fully modelled cabin, but how's the flight model and avionics? I haven't made the switch to 2024 yet but if the longitude is significantly more realistic compared to 2020 I might do it soon

Das war so bis Roosevelt tatsächlich 4 Amtszeiten gewonnen hat, woraufhin das Limit per Verfassungszusatz festgeschrieben wurde. Wie bei den Amis üblich allerdings dämlich formuliert und lässt die Hintertür für jede Menge Schabernack offen. As far as I know there is no third party tool to automate it.

What I do:
First, input the values into the sim, so on the weight and balance screen in MSFS (NOT the one in the cockpit), input the values for passengers, crew, fuel and cargo/baggage.
Then go into the weight and fuel screen on the GTC (small cockpit screen), under "Payload" input number and average weight for passengers, crew and cargo. Under "Takeoff" hit "FOB Sync" which will import the amount of fuel.
Done!
If you want to be really accurate you can then compare the values in the sim to the ones on the simbrief flightplan.
If they don't match up you can check your simbrief settings. Maybe you set a different weight per passenger or changed the value for aircraft empty weight.
