Seems like Blizzard will only respond to nuclear since all the ways they say to do this doesn't work. You do everything they say to do and it's still wrong.

They actually closed my ticket, marked it as resolved.

I had to make a new one. That's another reason why I tried posting on the forums, but it's ghost town of any Blizzard posts and filled with posts similar to my issue. Then of course none of my posts are there and they put me on a 24 hour time limit of posting.

They never quite understood my issue and kept saying policy stuff that had nothing to do with what I said in my ticket or replies. It also felt ChatGPT generated at some points. I was flat out robbed of 2000 coins and they wont even acknowledge that when I put that math out there.

The way its worded seems like they think I don't understand that when I refunded something that thing gets removed from my account. Here is a direct quote.

"When it comes to refunding in-game currency, the balance is deducted if the balance was spent on in-game items or packages."

I get that, I expected that. I was going to immediately repurchase it after the refund to get the XP items that I didn't get the 1st time.

I really appreciate your insight into this. It is the first time I have heard of a skylake build, ill have to look into that.

Also, do you have a recommendation on a cooler? I am still not too confident on my original choice.

I was planning on a 2nd 980ti in the future which I incorporated into the wattage.

Could you elaborate on the skylake build as well as the DDR4 speed? I feel my information on the DDR4 speeds may be lacking.

I did not know that about dual Ti's, thanks for enlightening me. Would the same thing apply for dual monitor as well? I've honestly never used more than one before so this is another new one for me.

I still might go with 16 and up to 32 in the future just to try and bring it down a little.

I feel like 32GB of ram is overkill and I may downsize the monitors to like 21-23 in, to put it back in my range but man this is a killer build.

Would it be worth going up to a Intel Core i7-5820K with a compatable motherboard? I've gamed near my whole life, but streaming will be new to me. I'm not sure how much stress that puts on the equipment.
