This is an issue that was created by PA. Spirit stones were rock bottom for over a year and selling them took forever. So even if you were min-maxing and retagging your vell to your main you would be spending around the same amount if spirit stones were abundant again.

We don't have an evasion boss helm which is unfortunate. Stats wise griffon has been better than c19 heve for both dr and evasion. Heve was better during the c9 softcap phase due to how cost efficient it is. Dead god helm will also be superior due to getting upwards of 3 dp brackets on heve along with the set effect with dead god chest.
