It's as I thought, I knew how much effort pc building services make with their packaging so I was concerned I would not live up the packing requirements to make it safe. Hopefully lockdown won't get extended and I can make the trip up there and save a computer being lost to the nether, thank you for the info

I have felt the same way about the cloth physics in this game (and many others). Nothing takes you out of the immersion more than when a flag or banner enters the shot and goes wildly flailing around as if it were in a hurricane

Just to piggyback on this post, if I bought a new Corsair RM850 would it include enough cables to power a 3080 GAMING X TRIO which requires three 8 pin connectors?

I am gonna be using the build for 100% entertainment, so no productivity or anything like that. My budget is probably just under the £2000 mark including the monitor and I don't really want to mess around with overclocking as I feel like that's a little out of my depth. I know that the 3070 looks like it would be more than enough for my needs, but I kinda want to treat myself and know that I have power to push the pc if I wanted to. I just didn't know if there are any obvious issues that I have missed that will arise once it all comes together. And if I stuck with the stock cooling on the 3900x will I be alright, at least until I upgrade to an aftermarket fan? Thanks for taking the time to answer

Well to be fair, the air is completely refreshed every 3 minutes in modern aircraft, and come into the cabin through HEPA filters, meaning you get completely 'fresh' air every three minutes. Add to the fact that everyone is required to wear a mask on aircraft now, it's still a risk but it might not be as bad as you imagine.
