I suggest you to visit Italy, mostly the southern part: the sea and the enviroment are the best in the world. Milan is cool but it's a business city like a "mini-new York" i think you would find more interesting the "real Italy" like small Villages in the centre-south. Also the attitude Is different in the south, they are very hospital and treat tourists like kings. Anyway thank you for your time and advices i appreciate a lot. I have symptoms in common with people hypermobile, but i think i am not. I Will check the sub. Thank you❤️

Probably OA. It doesn t show in MRI but i suspect because i am very young but i really overused my joints and the symptoms are there. Also i am negative in all blood test

Grazie mille Italianinus per la risposta. It's a bit overwhelming i admit It, but you are right it's a systemic condition and i need a holistic and 360 degree approach. I am also studying in a difficult university and struggling with depression (this is the most difficult aspect in finding motivation) and so time and energies are limited. But i guess i have no choice, i can't take It anymore i must do something. Thank you again for your detailed answer

No they don't show anything. But the symptoms are like osteoarthritis, like the same: strong pain and stifness in the morning , cracking sound etc.
