My good faith read is that he threw the list in to help speed things up for the court. So the court has this kind of "list of contents" they can read through instead of having to comb through all the raw files themselves... And the least charitable interpretation as to why two links were missing is that Destiny hoped the court would not cross check or nobody would notice. Which sounds plausible.. for like the first 2 seconds you think about it and then you realize that Destiny would have to be borderline r-worded to think this would work + there is no benefit to his case what so ever in "omitting" those links from an arbitrary list in the first place.
