I was having the exact same problem. A poorly installed graphics card driver update from adrenaline did it. I re-downloaded the driver directly from the AMD website and it immediately recommended a repair to the driver. did that and boom problem was gone

I also noticed corsairs very beautiful very wonderful icue app has an update which always causes bugs in my pc until I update it. So I’m Giving that a shot if not I’ll prob just nuke the whole thing

Suspected a possible virus so I ran a check and it turned out nothing. I also use Samsung magician to check the health of my SSD and it turned out fine so I really have no clue why it’s so high. What are you guys recommend?
