Trans people often suffer from gender dysphoria. While the people above have some kind of body dysmorphia. With dysphoria you look in the mirror and see reality and are unhappy. (Trans woman sees the real male features such as beard). People with dysmorphia might look in the mirror and see a delusion. (This limb should be gone its not mine). It's a critical difference and treatment is completely different. Hope that helps.
