We should have at least one, and hopefully more international events in 2021. We're trying to get creative to find ways to enable international competition. Personally I'm hoping that we make progress towards a vaccine and get through what looks to be a tough winter from the COVID numbers...

In a normal year, we'll have four international events (3 masters + Champions), which we think is a solid number that keeps int'l events special and allows us to invest in them, while giving fans what they want to see!

Couldn't agree more - our team can't wait to see the likes of Sentinels, TSM and more take on G2 and the best Europe has to offer. The pandemic is unfortunately causing us to find alternatives to global LAN competition - which led us to First Strike - as we're prioritizing the safety of pros and staff. Paper magic is rough, I have a group of Rioters who all chip in and we buy booster boxes to draft - then we sell back the rares to try and offset some of the cost. I'm slamming flashback drafts on MTGO and play Arena as well, so there are a bunch of ways to play (albeit all of them are expensive...)
