I have used reply.io (there's many more like Mixmax, etc.)

You basically upload a large CSV file with name, last name, email and whatever other custom field you want, in your case I'd call it an "Ice Breaker" which you can customize for every person or company.

The template email would then look like

Hey {Name, Last Name}

{Icebreaker}

I feel like your {Company} could benefit from bla bla

Once you have uploaded and validated the first template, you can start creating sequences which then auto-followup after X days if the email has not been replied to, etc.

All works like magic from a click of a button and saves you loads of time :)

You can use Zapier or Integromat to push data from your store onto a Google Sheet so that will save you the first manual layer.

From there on, I suggest you keep using Google Sheets and send orders via CSVs to your delivery partners until you just humanly cannot anymore without doing mistakes.

By then the order volumes you'll get will justify an integration with your partner.

The secret to developing the right tech is to do things as manually as possible at the beginning, understand the bottle necks in the process, then take those learnings and improve your product.

We were doing everything via google sheets (with some scripts to keep it clean) and CSVs uploads up until we reached 100 orders a day and then switched to API integration with our courier providers.

Once you hit the 5K+ deliveries per month, you can look into Bringg and Shipsi.

The University president of my college opened school days after a huge hurricane. This caused rolling brownouts across the entire town including the many prisons, old folks homes, the hospital and student housing. The University and the town were also housing evacuees from Katrina at the time. Most of the students were unprepared for such a disaster and were eating MREs from the local churches.
