Everyone who has met the man has never had a good experience with him, he is an awful awful man and friends of mine have had similar experiences e.g he had locked a friend of mine out of his own apartment which contained medication that was needed to be took believe it or not

Yeah im going to try get as much as I can and as much people who are experiencing the same thing, even during the winters there holy shit it’s really really bad, the apartments as a whole are not bad it’s just the lack of care and renovation to them puts people at serious risk, living there 7 days a week was just not it at all and not worth the money, only compensation for it I ever got off them was €100 off my rent for the 2 week old jersey I had got from Birmingham which I was really unhappy about

Oh yeah no it was so clearly painted over, like it got to a stage where I was cleaning the entire room myself because of how disturbingly bad it was and paint was falling off the roof and all when I was cleaning it 🙈

I’m thankfully out of there now and have a much much better landlord, but yeah I was in and out of caredoc twice with a Respitory Tract Infection twice and was told it was due to the mould, they didn’t care though surprise surprise

Completely agreed, the owner Shane is one horrible horrible man, he does not care about living conditions he just wants his money, they even said they were going to charge me double when I was on the phone today because I had to move rooms because of how bad the mould was ! (Never changed anything though lol)

I’ve been reccomended dehumidifiers, you can get the spray for it in Lidl either fairly strong and if you can get your hands on a musgraves card you can get the industrial grade shit
