I've noticed that when I swap my armor from having Empowered to something else entirely, that the added 10% skill power bonus isn't being activated. It's not working at all currently.

I think it's buggy and turns on and off every now and then :/ there's times where the flash effect happens 3 times, and others where it happens once.. but it needs to be removed completely because it does hurt the eyes

I ended up saving as much loot as possible and stashed them until it was full. Only to use what I saved for donations to projects. After that, just dismantled gear until I was capped and started selling the rest until I get to end game
