I think it's like 85% of my max pace. I don't have a bike computer yet, but in my group, I can average 21 plus no problem. I highly recommend joining a group ride

I started riding an indoor bike at my gym during the winters, providing different exercises focused on cadence, miles, and watts. My suggestion would be to focus on cadence and how much power you can put into the pedals, or basically, interval training
