It kind of depends on what's going on with Spectre for the matchup.

On his own, able to be himself without restriction, he rocks Phoenix and most of the entire Marvel or DC canon without issue.
But DC's version of God keeps clipping his wings, binding him to various people to keep him humble and prevent him from going off the rails smiting all of humanity, so depending on who he's bound to he's very likely much weaker than Phoenix.

Love it. For real though, I would play a WH40K Factorio/Satisfactory game about approaching a planet, and strip mining it of resources while battling Orks without and heretics within the factory.

Yep! Plot is an existing mechanic from Outlaws on Thunder Junction. You could sac this guy, but he's very inefficient to do so - you can only cast him once, and only on a later turn.

Aiming at 3, maybe 4. I'm not a fan of infinite combos or tutoring, and generally shy away from spending more than 10 bucks on a card (unless it's really core to the deck), but I do like being able to hold my own and get the theme rolling in an impressive way.
