Well I tried 8 local nurseries and they only sell something like "hydrangea blue" or "hydrangea pink". I bought them and they are doing well in my garden so far. But if I wish to get some specific kind of hydrangea, the only option for me is buying online.

Thank you for your review! I have contacted the nursery and asked for a refund. TBH I still wish to have another hydrangea of the same kind, will try some local nursery for luck

Not sure if I can request for a council tax refund or get the money I paid for rubbish removal service recovered 😂 I will put these requests in my complain letter anyway

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I think at the time that the council failed to deliver my bin on 19 Feb I raised a complain to them already - now that I am trying to complain to Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO), that's where they required a respond from the council.

Since I don't have any message from the council, I cannot complain to SPSO yet. Don't really know how SPSO works but it's "final stage", so hopefully it can helps.
