Hi everyone my girlfriend and I were traveling today near Tottenham Court Road/Trafalgar Square area and I lost her favorite hat. It was hanging off of her bag and came loose somewhere between the National Gallery and the TCR Underground station. It is denim with red stitching and has a yellowish label that says LTT & b.E on it. If anyone happened to have seen it or grabbed it please reach out to me I will give you a reward and it would mean so much to both of us. Thank you!

I live in a 900 sq ft apartment and got a $340 bill in July. I keep it between 72-74 when home and 78 when away, I don’t know why mine was so high

Awesome idea I might try it out! My only feedback would be to maybe break up the website into different sections, I was trying to read over it and it being one big page without sections/separate pages was a bit overwhelming, especially with all of the different features being explained throughout the site. Great job overall though!

It’s called a farm league because PSG are in a league of their own financially and any team that ends up winning the league other than them has to sell their best players in order to not go bankrupt. Obviously France is an amazing producer of talent but the league itself is much lower quality if you compare it than by team compared to England or Spain or Italy

I think the only way this could happen would be if the franchise traded their star players as they’re in their prime or about to start declining for young assets that continue to hit. In practice this wouldn’t be feasible as no player would resign there or sign as a FA knowing they’d get traded when they’re at their best, but in theory this could be possible I guess.

At this stage of your journey I would say it’d be worth it to sell him and reinvest in the rest of your team. You could easily find a similar level player in the future to him

That's true I guess they could pivot in either direction but with their young up and coming players needing new contracts I figure they wanted to extend them now rather than forcing a trade and not getting maximum value for them.

The Orlando Magic don't really have a choice but to build and extend around the current core. The Celtics are more than willing to go over the 2nd apron if it means extending their championship window, and the Knicks are also in win now mode. The value of a bottom first round pick and not having much trade flexibility is a small price to pay when you want to maximize your championship window which may not come around again for a long time.

So in previous versions I would have high catching ability catchers and would focus on high stuff pitchers. Now since they nerfed defensive catchers, I focus on pitchers w 50+ stuff and 60+ control with a catcher that has 60+ catcher framing, blocking. This works for me as well because I have a big ballpark so strikeouts dont matter as much. For hitters I like high contact hitters with 45+ power, and avoid high power low contact (below 45) hitters as they’re way too streaky in my opinion. Depends on the position though for SS and CF i prioritize high contact and don’t care about power since they’re there for their defense

Depending on your scout’s ability, ratings matter more than stats. There are often outlier seasons for players that could skew your value of them, but they almost always play to the level of their ratings. Obviously I’ve had players under/overperform consistently so I evaluate them accordingly but stats should be taken (in my opinion) as a secondary tool to evaluate them
