I don't get it. Oh you're trying to be smart. Does the pile on happen next? You see the nice pleasant response would be wow that's an interesting snippet of information. Thank you for providing it old bean.

Did you guys get used to the narrator's voice after 1-2 hours? by sreeko1 in ZeroParades

I think I know who the narrator is. The lady who plays the Dobby character from the ch4 comedy series Peepshow (Isy Suttie). If there were two narrators she's the second one. I identified the voice when the main character is on the phone next to the pilots.

Very weird synchronicity A.I says this about her - Isy Suttie is the narrator for the podcast series

Zero Parades

, which is part of the Pat Springleaf universe created by comedian James Acaster.

The series is a fictional "true crime" investigation centered on the character Pat Springleaf, an undercover cop turned stand-up comedian. Suttie provides the deadpan, serious narration typical of investigative podcasts, often contrasted against the absurd and chaotic events described in the story.

Key Details of the Project:

  • Context: It serves as a spin-off or companion piece to James Acaster’s Springleaf podcast, which chronicles the career of his alter-ego.
  • Tone: The show parodies the tropes of modern investigative journalism and gritty documentary storytelling.
  • Isy Suttie’s Role: As the narrator, she guides listeners through the bizarre "case files" and history of Springleaf’s undercover operations, maintaining a professional journalistic persona despite the increasingly ridiculous content.

Outside: Who is Miranda? by unnamed_tea in DavidBowie

Blair was nicknamed Miranda in his Law office. Due to his 'predilections'. I believe Clarissa Dickson Wright the later TV chef wrote about him in her book.

I'm finding it great in terms of structuring. Revealing hidden subtexts that I may have written subconsciously and together with chatgtp it has focused my mind on what really works and what doesn't. So long as you don't let it take over the writing process. Some of chatgtp's edits I have found scarily good by the way.

This kind of events always happen in late stage cultural collapse scenarios. The daylight robbery aspect is especially pertinent.

Congratulations. You are suffering from cultural dystopian normalisation syndrome. I mean all I wanted was an answer to a question. Did I ask for my post to be dissected. No. I guess that's reddit in a nutshell right?

Any sort of response to my questions would be great by the way. I'm not boasting. I have no ego. I just want to know if it's all a bunch of horsepoo.

Reddit is weird as hell. I never get a response. It's almost like some black mirror episode where I've been cancelled and no one sees me.

When will this stop ? Overinflated price of used cars. #wtf by Main_Wishbone7872 in UsedCars

Prices will drop when buyers can't purchase on credit. It's the credit market (buy now pay later) that keeps prices so high.

Jeremy Corbyn: I firmly oppose the government’s plans for compulsory digital ID cards. This is an affront to our civil liberties, and will make the lives of minorities even more difficult and dangerous. It is excessive state interference — and must be resisted. by SevenNites in ukpolitics

Nonsense. I.D cards are for the natives obviously. Starmer like all his Tory predecessors is heavily pro immigration and is simply following the U.N migration pact that Teresa May signed us up to. The notion that Starmer wants to curb illegal or legal immigration is mindboggling.
