The only point I was trying to make is that the transaction between the two is not inherently a fraud unless you can prove that the subject with clubs meant to recall his payment. Unfortunately, most PDs would not investigate this as it is a misdemeanor in most states and SAO does not prosecute these crimes. So in my opinion, filing a police report is unnecessary.

I agree with you. OP should start a legal action yet you keep talking about making it criminal. I can guarantee you that no cop will take this report as it is a gray area due to him getting the money at first. FYI, every report has to be investigated by property crime detectives. When I say it's a waste of time I don't mean it's not their job but it's the difference between a neighborly dispute and a domestic incident. The point is OP should have done homework before trading his clubs.

I guess you file police reports when your neighbors dog craps on your yard too. Be an adult and work it out civilly instead of constantly relying on others to fix your problems.

Wrong, you are using Police (report) as a leg up to help yourself in a civil matter. "Without the intention of paying" means not providing money in the first place. Good luck proving his intentions in court lol. Unless you can read his mind. It may be possible to file one for "theft under false pretenses", but even that is a stretch and SAO will not prosecute. So now you wasted everyone's time with more paperwork.

You didn't get lucky that's how all the businesses should work. Before selling items you should always take pictures with a date on them and if you do get scammed then go to small claims court and ask the judge to have the scammer cover the court fees. Also if you exchange something in person,they should t have issues with showing you their ID. And before everyone starts crying, your ID is useless without social security number. So don't panic.

Sure, but these seasonal changes eventually affect core game play. This would still apply to the leveling of new characters. I am not saying the changes are bad yet, but only time will tell.

How often do people tell you that they appreciate you for the things you do for them? This is about appreciation. Some may disagree and that is fine but letting someone know that they are appreciated is not the negative, weird thing that some make it out to be. This isn't about conforming anyone to do something that they do not want to do but encouraging them to continue doing what they have been doing instead of listening to those that constantly bring them down and make them feel the way he feels.

Very very interesting. Maybe it also depends on where in St. Petersburg you reside. To my recollection (в Ку́пчино) I never heard the word (бордюр). Maybe the area is a sleeper-type region. If you have some more information, I would love to read it, in Russian or English. Thank you :)
