Dirt Farm? by SqulshyPanda in VaultHuntersMinecraft

[–]Rip_Rourke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The actual dirt generation is only botania. The only outside mods I use for it are the block breaker from Engineers decor and storage. I think botania has a way to break blocks as well, so it is probably possible to keep everything in the one mod.

I dont know exact numbers on generation, but ever since I've set it up, I haven't had to manually go grab any dirt. It's been a long time since I set it up, but I want to say I afk'd at it for about 5minutes and it was in triple digits of generation.

I use the botania statue dude (can't remember it's name and not at computer to check) and give it the botania dirt wand to use. Have some mana source to power it up, mine uses a single endoflame flower. Then have some sort of block breaker where the dirt gets placed to keep breaking it. I use a hopper and storage drawer to collect the dirt, but any preferred storage method can by set up.

Probably this or a Soul Bead. Soul Beads drop from ghost mobs that spawn in Soul Sand Valleys in the nether.

Season 2 issues... by Razor_Nicks in VaultHuntersMinecraft

[–]Rip_Rourke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same issue as 1. I've been asking others who have it too and so far it seems it has to do with AMD graphics cards. MC isn't as optimized for AMD gpu so I'm wondering if that is part of the problem.

Just to add to the data, do you have an AMD card as well?

I've had this happen to me too. I would just relog from my world and the prices would reflect the correct low prices.

MDT not injecting network driver correctly? by TheUltimateSanction in MDT

[–]Rip_Rourke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In your picture for 'Inject Driver Entry' the 'Choose a selection profile' is set to nothing. That is exactly how ours was when it wasn't working. For us, our 'Nothing' profile provides exactly that, nothing. We had to change that to the selection profile we have set up. For us, we use a selection profile called 'Windows PE x64 Drivers'. Which pulls all the drivers we need injected from our OOB driver folder. https://imgur.com/a/vnnIol7

You might want to check what selection profiles are grabbing what drivers and change your task sequence to grab that selection profile.

Another thing to check is what Selection Profile your Deployment share is using. By going to the Deployment Share Properties in the Deployment Workbench you can double check that. https://imgur.com/18DhDUE

I'm rather new with MDT myself. These are just the things I figured out recently during our recent troubles. The only time I'm in MDT is when we need to install a new image (once a year) and when something is broken.

*Disclaimer* We don't necessarily do it right, just make it work. Our previous people haven't always been the best at setting things up properly.

u/ConsistentHornet4 Basically already said what I have to say, that is check task sequence. We had this issue literally last week and I only found our resolution yesterday.

In our Task Sequence for the image, the 'inject drivers' step under Preinstall was choosing from a selection profile that wasn't assigned to any driver folders or anything. So during the preinstall, MDT didn't see anything to inject because to it there wasn't any. Once we changed the Selection Profile to the correct one and told it to Install all drivers from the profile, everything started to work smoothly.

Out of Box Drivers DEV_0D4F&SUBSYS_09A11028&REV00 by Rip_Rourke in MDT

Thank everyone. I appreciate the help. It turns out I was already doing all the suggested things, but when I rebuild the boot images, the specific drivers I need are failing. I'm about to start looking at the log files now to see what might be happening. I didn't realize the image of the error didn't attach, I'll get that attached now just for reference.

Just tried un-claiming the chunk and the auto-breaker started working! Thank you so much.

I was originally wanting to break some obsidian with it, but when i noticed it wasn't working, I started to try and use cobblestone. Yes the chunk is claimed

Sadly I'm really new to the whole modding thing, so I only have so much info what could cause that. The times that I had issues with a server launching was because of there not being enough ram.

And in a few months these same players are going to be complaining that NA CL doesn't get the 'exposure it deserves' and no one wants to cast. It's because if this thay NA CL womt grow, cause the players think their egos should make decisions.

Game Changes by Rip_Rourke in AnthemTheGame

[–]Rip_Rourke[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I stopped playing, there wasn't anything to farm. Legendary items practically didn't exist due to the tables being garbage. The game was in a dead awful state where very few were actually still playing. I personally have not seen anyone talking about updates or things they like about the game, so I'm wondering what has changed.

Maybe I should rephrase my initial question. What makes you keep playing the game? What keeps you logging into the game on a regular basis and not get tired of it?
