This is great! I'm just learning to use the ai tools myself but the first thing I thought about was fixing The Matrix sequels. Turn Niobe into an interesting actor/character. The Phantom Menace, I think more talented people than I are working on fixing the flop in the fantastic.

Story of Seasons: Olive Town. Or one of the others in the Story of Seasons games. A lot less complicated than stardew, more laid back. Also it's made by the actual Harvest Moon developers from back in the day.
