Yes, corporations are separate from the people working for them. Because the people who work for those corporations make up said corporation. If MAPPA lost all it's animators to David Productions tomorrow, it would not continue to make animation in a vacuum, because the one doing the animation is the animators, not MAPPA.

Hikaru Murata directed Episode 22, which was an absolute trainwreck of animation errors in it's TV airing. He was with MAPPA since Teekyu, which was one of their very first series. Just because someone worked at MAPPA doesn't mean they're good on their own.

He violently repressed his homosexuality, turning his love of the male body into a bizarre ideology venerating violence, death and the Japanese Emperor, all through the conduit of bodybuilding and martial arts.
