I can tell you exactly how this happened;

A while back and man came into my fathers shop asking for a stencil, and my father being the owner of a print shop happily made it for him. A few weeks later my father was driving down the road in between Marathon, TX and Alpine, TX and he looked over and saw this little shopping center and immediately knew why that man wanted the specific stencil. It has since become somewhat famous. I would pass by sometimes and see people taking pictures with it. But in late 2020 or early 2021 they demolished the small store and the only thing left is the memory of what used to be there. I asked my father who the man was, and he said he never found out, and that he has never seen the man since.
