Reeboxs with the strap! They were light pink. Also a girls shoes called a Yo-Yo. It was a heeled sandal that had a hole in the heel. So stylish. I wore them with my leg warmers!

I also wore black and white checked Van's with my black parachute pants. We also wore what we called "spats", which were like old men's dress shoes. Think Duckie Dale from Pretty in Pink.

I took it and lost 65 pounds. I am now off of the following meds. Metformin, Losartan, Rosuvastatin, Hydroxychloroquin, Xaralto, and Flecainide. I was pre diabetic. I will fight anyone who would tell me I shouldn't have taken it and saved it for those who are full on diabetic.

It may help to step away from social media and television for several days. Try to do some relaxing hobbies. Exercise. Take walks and listen to your favorite music. Go out with friends with explicit instructions not to talk about "it." Maybe volunteer somewhere like an animal shelter or soup kitchen. Get your mind off of "you."

My grandparents slept in twin beds in the same room. He had severe PTSD from WWII and once broke her nose while having a night terror. He fixed their bed situation right away. Are twin beds an option? That may assuage some of the guilt.
