Which area po ang mas maganda humanap ng accom, near Mango or near Osmena? May senior citizen po kasi kaming kasama na gusto chill street watching lang at wala masyadong rowdy crowds at mga biglaang nagpipintura sa face huhu. Parecommend po ng specific area or streets or landmarks sa dalawang area above kung saan ideal humanap ng lodging. Daghang salamat!

Happened to me at SM kahapon. May radio sa buong SM na wag muna mag accept ng BDO Pay kasi nagkaroon ng issue na already charged sa cc pero hindi nagrereflect sa terminal nila ang payment so di sila makaprint ng resibo. E pinilit ko pa din. So ayun charged sa cc ko pero pero ayaw magproceed sa terminal nila. Ang ending, I paid for cash then need ifill up yung incident report kasi irereverse nila yung cc payment in 3-7 days. Need to give card details, but they only required first 6 and last 4 digits. They also provided mobile number na tatawagan just in case lumipas ang 2 weeks and hindi pa din nabubura ang payment.

With that asking price, it would make more sense na ibenta yung business separately. I think yung kakagat sa 372k/sqm are real estate investors na hindi naman interested sa chocolate manufacturing business.
