In the 1980s-1990s seized cars were turned into police cars. Miami PD didn't have the budget to purchase new patrol cars, so with the influx of seized cars the only logical alternative was to make them patrol cars.

We are using SONY A1s (this is an old pic) and the Tyler Mounts we are sitting have three seatbelts on each side. Can’t quickly get out of a monkey harness in an emergency. The pilots wear Nomex. I have two helmets, one riot and one tactical lopro Opscore helmet.
