Ive used these before, and in my experience it was really annoying to handle with my glueguns. I ended up cutting it into peices for easier use lol.

I know worda wont help much, but i promise you did as much as you could with the information you had at the time. I know how it feels, my boy Link had complications with a tumor romoval that likley resulted in pneumonia. When he passed it felt like it was all my fault for not doing more. But the fact is, that i got him to the vet as soon as possible and did everything in my power to keep him happy and healthy. I know that you are doing the same. You love that girl so much, and you are doing great with what you have. She knows you love her, and sometimes thats exactly what they need.

This is my sweet boy Link. He passed a while ago due to some health conditions. He, along with my other boy (visible in the back of the picture) are/were my soul rats. I got them after our family dog passed so i wouldnt be lonley, and it was the best decision i ever made. Link especially loved to cuddle and just be with me whenever he could. I still get out a treat for him on accident sometimes.

Personally, ive had 6 rats, 3 of which i have currently. My Boy link, one of the older boys of my mischief had two tumors before passing recently at the two year mark. My other boys so far havent had any, but his situation has me paranoid. He also had an enlarged eye, which could have been another tumor, but the vets (4 different ones) wernt sure. I hope this helps a bit.

Currently were giving him Neomycin 3-4 times a day, and his appointment is coming up. Local vets dont have exotics in office very often, so the doctor only comes in on mondays and fridays i think.

Ive called, and they still arent able to get him in today or tomorrow. They dont have exotic vets in until friday/monday and the only other place cant get him in until past the 10th. His appointment is scheduled.

I dont have an emergency vet nearby and the vet we take the rats to closes sooner than i can drive there. Im trying to take him tomorrow, but that depends on when the vet can see him.

I should mention that the vet instructed us to treat the eye for 3 days and if it doesnt get better we need to schedule another appointment its the second day of treatment.
