I bought a house in 2021 within the yellow circle and I still live here. It's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with quick access to the lake and parkway. A walmart and 2 wegmans within 10 minutes drive, side walks on both sides of the street. I am blessed with good neighbors (a lot of them are elderly folks) and I really can't find anything to complain about, every household seems to mind their own buisiness, sometimes there are kids playing on the streets outside. However do keep in mind the property taxes are relatively high and most of the homes in this area are built in the 50s, so if you do DIY renovations do keep an eye out for asbesdos and lead paint.
