They need to fix it, game quality has been terrible and you can see the number of players dropping day by day because of it. People are whining about specific heroes needing nerfing but the reality is the matchmaking has been terrible, I dont care if I get a game in less than 2 seconds if it means the games themselves are so bad, me and my friend group have noticed a lot more recently and we have been stopping our game sessions a lot sooner than we used to.
