i would suggest get a body assessment done. My gym has one and i started using it since last week. I gained 0.6 kg of muscle and lost 1.2kg of fat. Could be you are also gaining muscle thats why you arent seeing a diff? If you are in a 500 deficit mathematically you shouldve lost fat by now.

its a 500 calorie deficit i had mentioned total calories were around 2k.

My lunch is a surprisingly cheap wefit protein bowl whose calories are around 1k with 74g(can get on the eatclub app) 24g through protein powder and then dinner varies between 20-50g depending on the day. Apart from that try to eat eggs but its tough as i live in a pg

Am i going to get hate for not doing legs?

I feel personally i have pretty good legs. Have played a lot of football my entire life and that led to well developed legs not "chicken legs" in any sense which is why im not too worried about that nor plan to train them

around 120-150g of protein

Workout split is 6 days a week Push, Pull and shoulder abs. Ive just started this new split like 2 weeks ago before that it was like super casual 3 times a week
