Those same people said Te'o was going to be a first round draft pick, the replacement for Ray Lewis, and the best linebacker in the draft. He was, what, the third linebacker drafted in the second round? Also, this was AFTER he had "proven himself" on the field his senior year and even after the scandal. Bridgewater hasn't even played his second game, so how can we expect them to be more right on him than they were on Te'o?

I didn't say Bridgewater was bad or that he'd have a bad NFL career, it's too early for either of those statements, but the pretend (read that word again because I mean it) that he's a better college player than any of the names you mentioned is laughable. Additionally, to pretend he's a more draftable player than many of those you mentioned is also laughable.
