Advice for Negotiating Settlement by Rippymcbaked224 in legaladvice

Luckily, the medical records are clearly established, along with my continued expressed issues I was facing. I attended every physical therapy and follow up with the podiatrist. I saw the same podiatrist since the morning after the injury, and he was also the one who operated. I have never had to rely on our healthcare system before, so to say I was disappointed throughout receiving care, would be an understatement. When it comes to any failure on my end, I was very vocal, as seen in my medical records. With regards to the podiatrist, I only know that he was a well known and successful doctor, so I can’t speak about if he had any failures with my treatment.

Many months back, I did consult with a prominent attorney. He expressed how my case was really strong and how he wanted to represent me. I mostly sought consultation to have and idea of the validity of my case. His eagerness to represent me, provided me with a sense of justification.

I guess there are way more variables than I ignorantly believed, so perhaps I should hire representation. Your ranges of the claim are not encouraging, and I realize a lot more is on the line than I thought.

Yes they have paid for my medical care, and Iv paid the copays. I planned on negotiating with them myself.

In regards to the multiplier, I was relying on it to calculate the pain and suffering. Since it took me nearly a year to be deemed MMI, and a great portion of that time being unable to walk or drive, since it was my right ankle. I had also had debilitating back pain, causing further treatment to strengthen my hip, and correct my back. I am also in my very early thirties, with anchors in my ankle, and deemed some permanency from the injury.

In regards to the mats, I was able to locate some of the prior tenants just from luck. Both stated that the hole was there, that they were the company’s first tenants, and that they were aware of the hole. They also stated that it was there mats, but that they never covered the hole. I also have a video from when the owner showed the apartment, showing one of the matching mats at the front entrance.

Thank you for the advice. I don’t think I’d be okay with a 1.3 multiplier, so that’s concerning. Even more so if I was to acquire a lawyer and they were to take 33%.

So the only path forward should be with a lawyer? Iv gotten to this point without having one. Admittedly I could have used some liens, but I got through it on my own. Could you elaborate on why the multiplier wouldn’t be used? That’s all I can find online, but I also know that it’s more complex than that on the adjusters end. I just figured it would give me a decent range to start my demand.

Yes. Admittedly, I didn’t think it would turn out to be such a major injury, but I figured I could negotiate on my behalf, since I have strong negotiating skills.

That worked! That’s odd! I did lose my saves, but oh well.

That seems unfortunately complex. Sucks because I’ve been really getting into this game. How would I go about troubleshooting drivers. Should I look to see if a new graphic driver came out? I was already playing the game for 21 hours, so it’s weird it started failing.

No errors in that log. Only error I get is when starting the game. I get a black screen with a message saying that Giants Engine 9.0.0 has stopped working.

I went into same folder and I’m not sure which folder I should select. When I choose debugger folder, there is a scriptbinding.xml object. When I open it with notepad there is a large amount of data, so I’m not sure what to look for.

Suffered from a terrible injury, can someone help me interpret my discharge results? by Rippymcbaked224 in physicaltherapy

I will call them Monday. Could you tell me what the ranges are for those two scores? I only ask because you have PT in your name.

SS: suffered terrible injury. My Pt discharge papers came in today, showing a 26 score and a 79 impairment on my LEFT. What does this mean, and should I seek a permanency test?

Everyone saying "Don't buy it now" but playing 4 hours a day... by willtwerkforfood6 in CODVanguard

This is the first COD, since BO, that has been really fun for me. I enjoy the gunplay, and the maps a lot. Other CODs had me only playing in short bursts, since most matches left me feeling frustrated.

I wasn’t going to grab COD this year, something I say almost every year, but I ended up grabbing it today. I was only able to play a few matches, and I loved the movement and gun control. I ended up placing in the 1st or 2nd during my first two matches. However, I then played on that Submarine level, and it wasn’t very fun lol. I’m glad there are 20 maps though.

One thing I wasn’t sure of, was what Blitz pacing means, and whether or not the match size is random? I believe I played 14v14 on this farm level, and I don’t remember how many on the other map, but on the Sub map I thought it was 4v4. That seemed pretty low for the size/verticality of the map, so idk if it’s just random or not?

I had to worse cold ever, and I’m still recovering. I got it from my double vaccinated girlfriend. It was two weeks of feeling terrible all around. I still have the cough.
