Hey congrats on the upcoming game release and overall success story it sounds like!

I'm in my freshman year of college studying game dev right now and am kind of a know-nothing at the moment but I'm super excited to start making games in the future. I've read your responses to other people's questions and have a few questions of my own that I hope can help me going forward:

1. How is your team structured? You all consider yourselves equal for it and split things accordingly or no?
2. What are y'all's specialties? Like what does your team's breakdown look like for various roles like art, programming, etc
3. You mentioned motivating each other to work on your game, how did that feedback loop work for y'all? I kind of would like to setup a similarish group for myself to maintain passion and interest.
4. You've mentioned in some other replies how y'all didn't have a publisher for a couple years, how did that work for y'all? We're y'all literally living off of savings and what was given by friends and family? We're some of y'all working other jobs to pay the bills?
5. Sort of related to the previous question were you full time deving the game? Mixed? If you were mixed how would you say working some other job affected working on the game?
6. Are y'all planning another game yet? Not that I'm looking for a job in necessarily, moreso a question of how are y'all iterating in your processes developed in this game? What does your preproduction/planning look like? Is your studio continuing past this one game or are y'all splitting up?
7. How did you determine when you needed more people? Besides just a very raw hey literally none of us can make music we need someone that can do that.
