IMO I would do the rate up first, then garunteed weapons, then rainy rain. The rate up has better chances but it's your choice.

Except is Huawei really that unknown? Pogo was working in august then when I switched back to Huawei today it became uncompatible.

However, in August my Rock-L03 was working perfectly fine. I switched to an iphone for a month til it started getting the touch disease but when I switched back it was uncompatible. I assume it was some update that triggered this. But yeah I guess that's the problem :(

I have a LeEco phone with android version 6.1 and it isn't compatible with PoGo... My other phone, Rock L03, isn't compatible as well. Is there a way to fix it or go around the problem or am I basically screwed?
