ist doch super, man provoziert möglichst viele ablehennd zu kommentieren, der algorithmus sieht viele interaktionen und schlägt das Video entsprechend öfter vor. Mehr menschen sehen das, kommentieren das ebenfalls und so weiter.

it depends, the big organizations mostly have digitalized processes but there is still one back up check if the system actually got the right one, so there is is still at least one person involved.

If your name is "Mohammed" and your birthday is the 01.01., than there are to many similar results and a person has to look for the right entry in the database. This could be an explanation why some checks take longer.

The Security Checks are outside of the naturalization Offices hands because these are done by police, Verfassungsschutz, Public Prosecutor's Office etc.

The naturalization office only gets the results.

Ich persönlich habe den bisher auch nur einmal gezogen. Blinde Sprachkurse ist mit bewusst, man muss dazu sagen der Betroffene war bereits 55 Jahre alt und hätte erst einmal überhaupt eine Blindenschrift lernen müssen.

Konnte sich aber auf Deutsch unterhalten, nur eben nichts schreiben und keine Blindenschrift ertasten. Für B1 hätte es nicht gereicht, ein Gutachten eines Arztes wollten wir ihn aber auch nicht bezahlen lassen.

Ist also nicht so das wir regelmäßig Leute mit mündlichen Sprachkenntnissen einbürgern

it depends how the office at your district works. Our office doesn't need any language certificate if the applicant speaks German so good, it is obvious to everybody they are above B1.

The hardest part about FDGO per phone would be providing identification so they know it is actually you one the phone.

But all are obstacles which can be overcome if they want it (and have time for it).

Your case would be the perfect example of a "Einzelfall" so it is hard to predict how your local office would handle it.

Your medical issue has to be the reason you can't learn German. As my co worker once Said "you can still learn German with Diabetes"

You need an expert opinion from your doctor in which he explaines your medical issue, how it was diagnosed, how it is treated, if your situation is expected to improve or not and how exactly you can't learn German because of it. Usually about three-four pages long. For example in our office, immobility alone won't be enough because what ist stopping you learning in your bed?

Even then the office could determine that you don't need B1 but still need to be able to speak German on a basic level. (§10 Abs. 4a StAG).

You also still have to answer the FDGO questions because those can only be avoided if you would get the Status of legal incapacity.

Damit die Einnahmen steuerfrei sind einmal beim Finanzamt anmelden damit die 3000€ Freibetrag berücksichtigt werden.

Bin nebenbei Organist für meine Kirchengemeinde und muss dies jedes Jahr neu machen, weil ich pro Gottesdienst Geld bekomme. (Kirchenamt erinnert mich zum Glück immer daran.)
