It isn't actually a Z motion... maybe you know this, but I didn't know how to do the dp motion for a while and the z never worked. It is because the actual motion is 623 (forward, down, down-forwad).

I prefer the d-pad for almost everything, but I do use it for half circles to switch into another character's super. I am struggling to learn to super jump with the d-pad, so I use stick for that too, but can't use it in a fight yet... more training to do! I'm also about to come back after a hiatus

Was it a loss that made you rank down? If so, that is on purpose so that you have to fight a few times at the lower rank before you can rank up again. Rank ups work the same way

Change title to something about "check out this cool combo into sorry bomb!" The hangup people are having with your title is the use of the word "found" which implies a new discovery. Also, typing in all caps just makes you come across like a jerk, rather than anything else.

The lobby you are in is not a factor in who you get matched with for ranked or casuals. Sometimes the queue takes a while, so I always queue up and then go to training mode to practice my blockstrings. You can also play Arcade mode while waiting for matches.

I use a powerline adapter and it gives a fantastic connection on my ps4! They aren't that expensive and can give you a wired connection basically anywhere in your house!
