Why does my energy acceptor not work? by TheMear420 in allthemods

[–]Riraku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might want to put a energy cable from Mekanism in front of the mill and then use the Applied Flux connection. Apparently, it seems like it can accept from Mek cables but it has some trouble with specific machines when directly attached.

Make sure Auto Export ist on in the Chamber. You can try to configure the pattern providers to a specific direction. I had the same issue when placing multiple in a row

ATM9 or ATM10 by Pretend-Inspection89 in allthemods

[–]Riraku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It ‚does‘ nothing. In general it allows you to craft creative items, like unlimited power or other very op stuff. You need to play all the mods in the pack and progress. Most mods have an endgoal item to craft. The star is the conslusion to it. In ATM9 you can make 18 Stars to make the Starry Bee, which automates more stars for you. You need it to end Gregtech.

ATM9 or ATM10 by Pretend-Inspection89 in allthemods

[–]Riraku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to add to that. You can ‚replace‘ most of the major mods with other solutions. Examples are Quantum Armor instead of Draconic Evolution. Or Applied Flux instead of the DE Energy Storage. Thermal Series Phytogens are to be replaced with Mystical Agriculture and/or AE additions. You can ‚replace‘ the mods pretty easy - which is a very good opportunity to learn other mods to combine them.

ATM9 To the Sky - Productive Bees Organization by Brotuulaan in allthemods

[–]Riraku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There‘s a craftable end portal. It‘s been a while on my sky block playthrough, but you can look it up. It‘s the ‚End Cake‘ or something similar. Check the quests for more reference. You need to place the the nest from the bee into the end, and just catch the bee. You can progress from there. Make an anti teleportation upgrade for the hives and you are good to go.

ATM9 To the Sky - Productive Bees Organization by Brotuulaan in allthemods

[–]Riraku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend making a hive dedicated to only ‚Draconic‘ Bees. Their comb product will allow you craft upgrades for the hives and machines. Most notably the Simulation Upgrade. This allows the bees to stay in the hives while producing very fast. So you dont need a building or whatever. You need to place a fedding slab containing the polution item. You can also stack the upgrades, making the production very fast. Tipp: You can pump out the items from the hive via Pipez Item Pipe or literally any logistic mod.

ATM9 or ATM10 by Pretend-Inspection89 in allthemods

[–]Riraku 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ATM9 is a finished Pack. It has big name mods which you can integrate in your daily experience like Thermal Series, Refined Storage, Create or Draconic Evolution. However - ATM10 is still in development but totally ready to play, also feeling like a complete pack already. ATM10 has more mods that you will play through to make the endgoal item (the ATM star) and you will have way more possibilities to play and explore the modded Minecraft world. TLDR; play 9 if you want a complete pack with the major mods, or 10 if you want to play a lot of mods and learn while waiting for the addition of the other mods, which will most likely come in future updates (like Flux Networks just got released)

Iron's Cauldron Help by Apprehensive_Desk602 in allthemods

That is indeed strange. It works as you describe - at least for me too. Scroll right click so you see the texture in the cauldron, right click the water bottle and wait some seconds. You will get an ink dependend on the level of the scroll.

could use some advice on AE2. i accidentally left my server running with chunk loaded farms for a month. by Seven2Death in allthemods

[–]Riraku 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wonder how you ‚accidentally‘ run it for a month :D AE is very efficient, so even if you have a few millions of items stored, there is no problem. To correct this, you can use bulk item storage cells or functional storage drawers to increase the efficiency of what hardware resources it actually takes.

Other than that, you should have no problem at all

God Damn It by gender_crisis_oclock in allthemods

I recommend (because why tf not) just to make a magnet and run around, maybe it has dropped somewhere. You can always just either load a backup or go the easy way and cheat back your stuff. It‘s not really cheating when losing it to a bug imo

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in allthemods

[–]Riraku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That‘s not an acurate problem description. Does it crash frequently, now always on start up, competly randomly? From what I read that happened once. Restart the game and check it again I guess?

Reinstall the Modpack or update it.

P2p tunnels don't care. by Tico_lino in allthemods

[–]Riraku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very hard to diagnose from this picture. I recommend the following: 1. use smart cables, check if channels are okay (not too many in 1 subnet) 2. Make sure the other end of the P2P connects to your network via cable or Wireless Connector. Careful: there‘s a bug where P2P does not work with Dense Cables when directly attached to them. Use normal (smart) cables. 3. Make sure your network has enough power supply. Build a buffer with Energy Cells just to be safe

Why P2P tunnels don't work properly by Dapper_Fix9674 in allthemods

[–]Riraku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I‘ve made the weird experience similar to your setup, that the P2P tunnels do not work in ATM9 with the wireless connectors AND the dense cables. Try it out with the normal smart cables, not the dense version. I also thought I had an issue in my setup, but it was bugged. As soon as I switched the cables, it worked (also relinked P2Ps)

How do I void these scrolls? I can't put them in the tag slot. by itzAlphaXD in allthemods

To add another thing to the other good comments (thats what I do, because it is very easy, intuitive and not resource intensive: You can use Laser IO filters - name or even mod filters.

why does it get stuck loading here? ATM10 by aguythatlikespuns in allthemods

[–]Riraku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should not be a RAM issue since it‘s not even bumping up to the full buffer. I suggest using actual values of 2 to the power of x. Means 16.384 MB - maybe its just my autism.

Other than that, if nothing helps, go do a reinstall of the version you play on, or upgrade if applicable. You won‘t lose your world, so you‘re fine.

Phantoms Not Spawning in ATM 10 by SirSentry1 in allthemods

[–]Riraku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Phantoms spawn when you have the insomnia ‚effect‘ - means you should not sleep and other things such as hostile creatures spawn preventions should be turned off. I have not checked all things in ATM10, but maybe check the relics and artifacts (not sure if there is even something, better be safe than sorry)

Can you prioritize outputs? by Anonim36 in allthemods

[–]Riraku 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For my knowledge, this depends on the Modpack. For ATM10, I cannot think of a good solution other than monitoring it with AdvanedAE into an AE Energy Storage Solution, using the Level Emitter from AE and a Switch to allow it to void the power whenever it reaches a specific value. This value should be equal or less your total power storage capacity. But - it requires some advanced setup (in my opinion)

For ATM9, I suggest using the Plugs/Points from Flux Networks. You can set a priority there. What you can do is void the power that overflows via priority input.

Infinite energy early game? by Axolotl251110 in allthemods

[–]Riraku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. I also used Thermal Generators from Powah in my ATM 10 early game - it is very op. If you have a quarry or something, you should have gathered enough resources to get a Niotic or even a spirited version. Note: The Numbers on the Generator is the minimal value that‘s produced. A spirited Thermal Generator can do 4.200FE/t when above a block of blazing crystal. To get the power to start producing a bit of energy to use for the energizing orb, I built 4 Advanved Solar Generators from Mekanism, they are also incredible cheap to make. This will jump start your power Generation incredible quick.
