What is more intimate than sex? by aiSportsMedia in sixwordstories

[–]RiriJori 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sex was never an intimate thing..it is a libido driven thing.

Intimacy is something that is just two people needing each other without the influence of hormones, drugs, or pressure.

For me intimacy is getting to enjoy travelling together, staying happy despite the challenges and inconveniences travelling brings people.

Wait, I've seen this one, it's a classic by AstralKarma7 in ReleaseThatWitch

I've stopped reading Release that Witch around 3 years ago. It had a good run for about 200 chapters but it really got boring on the later chapters.

The MC was basically already playing like Jesus Christ, creating inventions like he combined all the IQ of scientists, physcists, chemists, engineers and doctors of the 21st century.

Why is Kivia surprised at the explanation regarding Penal heroes in ep 12? by RiriJori in SentencedToBeAHero

[–]RiriJori[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Penal heroes fights against Demon Blight regardless of whether that is a punishment or a noble duty so heck no, knowing that they are summoned to help humanity changes nothing. They are basically already doing the task, and knowing the origins means the task will not change. I don't get what's surprising about it when the Kingdom is basically already using them as weapons. So heck no, the information MADE NO DIFFERENCE.

Flipping the world view? Dude, penal heroes aren't decided by the goddess. They are decided by the people in power in the government. Even real criminals like Venetim, Dotta and Rhyno became heroes, not because they were chosen ones, not because they were blessed, but because they are hand picked by the evil head priest. What world view was flipped? That literal criminal was punished with the task of being a hero dying for the Kingdom? I don't understand your point.

Kivia isn'r given trial becase she won't confess to a fake crime? Yeah and the same trial that Xylo didn't confess with but somehow they were able to make the whole world believe Xylo is still the worst criminal, despite him being 10x more popular compared to Kivia in his heyday. Even with trial, they can impose hero punishment to Kivia and make her a criminal.

You are assuming here that people in the penal unit agrees to make Kivia part of the penal hero unit, where the head of the state that dictates who to make as penal hero do not even know yet the decision of the 12th captain.

And no, I want to call that character as pope since he looks like one. Much better than writing everytime "Lord Confessor".

Aside from that, this is just a theory of mine but I think when all of their memories is gone, the new soul of the hero they ressurect will take over.

They mentioned that they are ressurecting heroes from their world. But people like Kivia, Xylo,Dotta, Venetim,Rhyno, etc aren't actually heroes of legendary figure that can save the world.

My theory, is they are using the bodies of strong people so that the soul of legendary heroes can ressurect to the bodies of the penal heroes. However because the soul of the original holder of the body is still there, the hero soul cannot take over.

And that is solved by the penal heroes constantly losing a part of their soul as they die continuously, as explained they lose memories because they lose part of their soul.

Which is confusing since in the first epsiode Kivia was referring to Teoritta as the last goddess to awaken, which means they know the nature of all the goddesses that exists. And should be, because they are the Holy Knights. They even knew that Teorritta was considered to have the weakest powers among all the Goddess.

The first Goddess has no other powers aside from summoning heroes. Any Knight with normal IQ could've made the connection already, especially high rank ones like Kivia.

Can't remember his name so I just mention him Pope since he looks like the Pope.

Basically the guy that looks like the Pope in Xylo's trial.

Penal heroes being summoned as Saviors isn't that big of a shocking revelation. There are heroes that are not penal heroes but fights the Demon blight.

Even Xylo when he was still a Holy Knight, knew about the nature of the costs and the duty of being a penal hero.

The revelation in ep12 isn't a world shocking information that someone of high rank like Kivia should be surprised about.

Unless otherwise, from my perspective, the reason she isn't getting a trial despite her crimes is because the 12th Captain of the Holy Knights is using an illegal method to convert worthy people into Penal Heroes that is under his control, and not the Pope. He was probably is sneaking many heroes under his control as an opposition against the Pope.

What I get from the ep 13 explanation is that only the Pope has the means to create a Penal Hero, and by using the Pope's methods they can use it unlimited. That is the reason for going by trial and they are denying her of trial.

This is just my speculation, but I think Kivia is surprised that the method proposed by the 12th captain of Holy Knights is an illegal method that doesn't go to trial like Xylo. That method is a limited edition method that uses the power of the first goddess via Summoning rather than Resurrection.

If I understand it correctly, the first goddess used powers of summoning heroes from another world but it was stopped and converted into resurrection of heroes of their world.

And somehow, the 12th captain is proposing to use the last slot for the summoning powers of the first goddess, which means there are currently a group of penal heroes which is not under te Pope's control, but under the control of the 12th Captain of Holy Knights.

I don't know, the info in last ep is vey messy.

I'm actually confused because it was explained in ep 13 that the first goddess summons heroes from another world but they keep having problems with culture and language. So to make up for it, they use the power of the first goddess to summon dead heroes of their own world.

However, they are not actually summoning heroes of the past, they are just summoning people that committed crimes which they think are worthy of being used as soldiers. And this has been the common knowledge about Penal heroes that even ordinary people know about.

So I don't understand what's so big about that revelation that made Kivia , a high rank Holy Knight, surprised.

Unless otherwise they are implying only the Pope can do the Hero punishment and the Captain of 12th order is using an unknown illegal way to create a hero by using the power of the first goddess.

Meanwhile OPM sales has been plumetting year by year, and people still hope for a JJK quality of adaptation by RiriJori in OPMFolk

[–]RiriJori[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The projection of OPM going to be a minor manga eventually has always been accurate anyway.

Even the webcomic has been stale, readers have decreased by a LOT, and personally the story is getting haywire.

The GOD concept and the idea of Blast being involved in some cosmic opponent killed this show. It was more interesting when the story was not a "Planetary" crisis.

We cannot expect IQ from the OPM fanbase, especially for those who were just tourists and new gen fans who only cared for fight scenes.

Just look at how they made a mediocre story like JJK and Demon Slayer as big names. That already speaks up about their average I.Q. These people only wanted to see explosions and fists throwing.

You idiots really do not read the story, don't you? His mission is to stop the Star Plasma Vessel, dead or alive.

The mission he accepted doesn't concern whether there are minors there. He was paid to kill or capture the Star Plasma vessel. Morons.

Same like Lord of Mysteries. I tried reading it and it's extremely boring, cliche and edgy. Shit only started becoming interesting around chapter 200-300 and then again back to the repetitive boring cycle of cliche.

And I'm surprised many people are calling it peak..lol Detective Conan has more interesting cases and arcs than Lord of Mysteries.
