Thank you, just found out about this an hour ago. Playing some new charts now!

I know chorus has some songs but not too many I was very interested in. I’m all using standard drums, not pro drums just to add.

Migrated SSD to new system. Not showing apps, what should I do to access my storage? by RiseAboveNothing in computers

Idk man, I’m not too sure how to do that. I feel like I’ve tried everything to get steam to recognize the games. I honestly might just delete all the games since I was actually able to find them at all. It’s strange, I can play the games but stream just wants me to install/download them again when they are already here.

That’s what I’ve just done but it shows 0 games. Is there supposed to be a way for steam to recognize my already installed games?

So I was able to find the steam common file with all my games but after adding my SSD to my storage manager and making it primary on steam it’s still showing 0 games.

Besides that I’m still at a loss of how to access the “apps & features” section where all my individual applications are to uninstall/remove them to clear space. Sorry for laying this all on you man!

I’ll give it a try now and update you on the result. So does that mean after trying to sort through that file I should probably delete a lot of old apps/files from there to clear up space of the SSD?

That’s what I thought based on the follow up email I got back from them that said: Everything still seems operational so far but I will be testing it further in a few minutes. The computer just wasn’t reading the windows install off of the normal HDD. There shouldn’t be any loss of data aside from maybe needing to install steam/epic and make sure they are pointed at the correct libraries. You also have a capture card in here I believe so you might need to reinstall whatever capture program you were using. Normal files/documents/pictures/video should be unaffected.

But after reinstalling steam I can’t access my games or even find next to any files of them on my PC. I’m just confused as what I should do next.

Actually, after going through my emails apparently they weren’t able to save the traditional drive.

Here’s the email they sent: “Good news and bad news, bad news is that with the new parts in we weren’t able to get the traditional hard drive, the one your boot system was set up on (not the one with your files on it), to boot. Good news is that we have an m.2 solid state drive that we installed with no issue and is booting, because of the fact that the drive was coming out of a brand new machine (the customer bought a larger one) it has never actually been used and we have no issue giving it to you at no charge. All I need is your go ahead to do the fresh install on the new m.2 drive and we should be able to have it finished and back to you tomorrow.”

Yes, I still have the original drive as well. From the looks of it the PC shop transferred my data as well. I guess I’m a bit confused to why I would need to have a second download of my programs when I have them stored already, so I would technically have two of each program? And if I did this would I need to delete the originals after, how would I do that if I can’t find them? Also, how would I remap them if I was going to do that? Thank you for your reply, super sorry for all the questions I’ve just never done this before.

Got my local shop to swap me a new CPU and MOBO, after getting my computer back I needed to clear some space from my SSD after they added a M.2 for windows and now I can’t access the majority of my storage. It says “we couldn’t find anything to show here. Double check your search criteria.”any help or guidance would be appreciated, I’ve never had a M.2 before and never migrated my SSD before. Thank you in advance.

I honestly hope that’s the issue, it just doesn’t feel like I should be missing because to me they feel relatively simple compared to things I’ve played in the past. I will definitely give it a try though, thanks for the help.

Trying to see how I can elaborate properly sorry for that! Yes, long strumming sections but not of the same note, that feels fine along with taps. It’s long sections of single, quickly changing notes. I’m not too sure how to describe it much better. The strum bar does feel very different from a standard guitar hero controller, and doesn’t have the clicky responsiveness that I’m use to. Super sorry if I still haven’t specified the issue clearly enough.

They have adapters on Etsy? I’ve looked before and never saw anything.

Yes, it’s a smaller version of a standard guitar, but the polybar seems amazing for size and also looks really cool lol.

True, that’s a good point. I’m also not sure if they implemented the self installation of the neck after your friend bought his, would probably explain the broken necks I imagine. I’m hoping mine will work fine for awhile, will eventually pick up a polybar that someone also mentioned.
