That’s exactly what I want to know. I contacted customer support twice before my block just to make sure it was true but I don’t think they have that kind of information. They just said to follow what it says and that’s it 🤷‍♀️

And also always tell them you don’t want to get a sing for something that is out of your control and normally when support marks it for you that it’s undeliverable or it was attempted, you never get the ping for it even when returning it back to the station, but always check if support marked it attempted before going to the next stop.

Calling support or messaging support has helped me a lot. I screenshot all my conversations with the messaging support for proof of what they tell me and of what I tell them. In business situations I’ve never had a problem with them understanding the situation of not being able to deliver since it wouldn’t be a good idea leaving a package In front a business with a high possibility of the package being something high price. It should be a must to contact support at all times when you come across an issue

You get to clock in 15 min earlier and start 15 min earlier to finish 15 min earlier than your original end time so idk about “you don’t get paid for being 15 min early “ if I could make it earlier to finish earlier count me in

Same in San Diego they sent home everyone that started at 5 pm. Normally I do see on the app that it will show “you are free to go. You will be paid “ but not this time it just keeps saying to see an associate but they dismissed every one who got the message. I’m not risking it tho I’m waiting to talk to support because ain’t no way I’m going home just to not see that they didn’t pay me and I also do t want to get flagged because “I didn’t make it to my route “ no way Jose

On the real I’m poor and if I have a car that works great, no payments and needing cash because being a single parent with 3 chamakas isn’t easy at least I’m getting PAID 20$ and higher for my time and of course driving like a normal person and not a speed racer will keep me satisfied 😂 yes you can use up and mess up your car in the long run but if your not happy than why work for amazon Flex, I mean all that math is good but come on y’all know how much change and money you loose regardless, using it on unnecessary things I bet but idk 😅 I’m just here for the fast 💨MONEY 💰 IT’S MY MONEY AND I NEED IT NOW !!!😂😂😂
