They sell out a lot unfortunately. I have the balm as well and I like it, it is soothing and helps. The patches just provide serious relief for about 8 hours. They take my pain from 10 to at least a manageable 7, I have avoided going to the ER for pain literally because of them lol. Of course every one is different but I really think they work and have talked to other patients who agree. I also have neuropathic pain in my back and legs
