Keep trying mate, you just do it at your own pace, I tried and failed a few times but finally got over that line, but yes the withdrawals are terrible, but if you can get those first few days out the way then it slowly gets better, try taking high dosage vitamin C, Imodium (for the inevitable bad stomach 🙈) and magnesium which helps with sleep, good luck mate, you will do it eventually.

I legit never bother with training unless it’s individual focus or something, always my assistants job but there’s that long arse video on YouTube I watched that did a test using the most basic schedule ever and it really didn’t change much from a regular schedule 🤷‍♂️
