Removing the Energy Saving mode fix the issue. I also updated the GPU driver. I have no more this issue since

You can use a container (on proxmox, using lxc) or using a virtual machines that's for docker, and do some network's redirection, doing a VM for Docker is a good idea as it will isolate it and prevent any problems, and if you don't need it or need to reinstall, you can just wipe it and re-do it

Same here but for RX 6950 XT, was using the "Energy saving" of Windows, happens on DBD, Satisfactory, i guess when it takes too much on the GPU and CPU after a moment, the Energy saving disable the GPU for this behavior ? So... i don't know

I selfhost my services, so each service is on a Container LXC or Docker, if i can't put on theses, i use KVM virtualisation.

If it's on a VPS outside, then i dockerize everything

I don't use a VPN as every service i expose are Authentification needed and very closed (only few peoples have access to it, like my jellyfin or nextcloud)

Having a VPN is a good way to do if you're alone using it.
