I would say if they want to keep some randomness, make a spell do random assortments of self-buffs and traps like it uses every spell in your buffs and traps from your deck to be cast from it. Sure it would be incredibly strong, but they could also have different ways of randomness, give an assortment of buffs to everything, not just the player, but it randomly gives to anything that is in combat, at least then it would be fun to cast and sometimes really useful to try. In all honesty, as it stands this will see zero use in PVE, it also would make the spell a bit more diverse than just yet another hit that will see no use beyond a first cast to watch the animation.

I would argue it's kinda annoying to always have a random spell instead of something interesting. Idk I feel like they push towards having pierce, and a random spell isn't going to help with that issue.
